What to Expect:
📍 Meeting Point:
We’re meeting at 3:45pm at Cafe Lyria in SoHo (166 Crosby St, New York), between Houston and Bleecker Streets. It’s super close to the Broadway-Lafayette St subway stop and very easy to find! I’ll be waiting inside – most likely while sipping a hot chocolate. ☕ Make sure to arrive ON TIME as we’re leaving at 4pm sharp.
🚊 Subway Ride to Dyker Heights:
We’ll head to Brooklyn together by subway, so have your MetroCard or credit card ready for tap-and-go access.
✨ Experience the Magic:
Get ready to be wowed by the most stunningly decorated homes in Dyker Heights! We’ll stroll through the neighborhood, soaking in the festive atmosphere and capturing all the Instagrammable moments… I can’t wait!!!
🇮🇹 Italian Treats Along the Way:
We’ll stop for delicious cannolis and Sicilian cassate at a local pastry shop and we’ll spend 10 minutes at a nearby supermarket that imports all kinds of Italian goodies – for Italian expats (like me), these two stops are a MUST – LOL.
🍕 Optional Pizza for Dinner:
End the night with authentic Neapolitan pizza at Sottocasa Boerum Hill. Okay, I might be biased since my husband Luca is one of the owners, but with 4.5 stars and 1K+ reviews on Google, I’m not the only one who thinks it’s amazing. 😋

You’ll only be responsible for any purchases you make during the tour (like Italian treats or dinner). Don’t forget to have your MetroCard or credit card ready for the subway ride to and from Dyker Heights.
