You probably already know how much in love I am with Boerum Hill,Ā where we live in Brooklyn.
Let’s say that since NY PAUSE started, I kept walking all over Manhattan and I was also able to really enjoy Brooklyn š„°Ā
I usually take a million pic daily and Luca teases me saying they all look the same š… actually, every day there’s something new: time and weather are different so all the colors keep changing.Ā
Yesterday, walking around Dumbo, I was so ready to take the nth Empire StoreĀ Heart pic when I realized it was missing…!!!
I noticed this charming newly weds walking by so I immediately took a pic of them as I thought they were the perfect love expression that could replace the sculpture ā£ļø
I looked for the heart – for me it’s such a staple as much as the Empire State Building framed by the Manhattan BridgeĀ ā without succeedingā¦Ā I guess they put it somewhere to protect it from the storm š¤·š»
Sometimes I realize I’m so attached to what I already know or something familiarā¦
It definitely makes me loving and appreciating what I already have, while on the other side it’s preventing me from new discoveries.
So, wanting to keep my heart open, I found myself being enchanted by an old glimpse I could see under a total different perspective.
