There are so many way to experience the NYC Christmas spirit during this time of the year and you can definitively add a holiday cruise to the list.
Last week, Bernadeta, Margaryta, Kristin and I got invited to a 1.5-hour jazz cruise on the Hudson River and we had so much fan, it was magical!!!
We boarded the cozy and luxurious ’20s-style Yacht Manhattan II all decorated for the Holidays and we got our table assigned. We ordered a glass of wine (included in the ticket) while a jazz trio played live music.
We danced to the Boat Band jazz music while we journeyed toward the Statue of Liberty.
We day dreamed while the NYC skyline by night with its twinkling lights at night was running in front of our eyes: the newest observatory Summit, the Empire State Building, the Edge, Little Island, One Trade Center… the view of Lady Liberty was INCREDIBLE!!!!
Ps. this is one of the few NON R 15+ pics Bernadeta was able to shoot in front of the Yacht… make sure to wear something more covering if you’d like to play Titanic 😂
The crew was so attentive and warm, we felt welcomed and spoiled!
You can choose from different cruises to make your December memorable: Holiday Jazz Cruise (1.5 hours on Manhattan II starting from $96), Sunset & Holiday Cocoa Cruise (1.5 hours on Manhattan or Manhattan II starting from $86), Statue & Skyline Holiday Cocoa Cruise (1.5 hours on Manhattan or Manhattan II starting from $48), Cocoa and Carols Holiday Cruise ( 1.5 hours on Manhattan starting from $96)… and you can choose from so many others on the Classic Harbor Line website.
Most of the cruises start from Chelsea Piers (Pier 62) – W. 22nd Street and Hudson River, New York.
Few leave from North Cove Marina at Brookfield Place, New York.
