The Atlantic Antic is one of the most important event in Brooklyn since 1974!!!
It’s a street festival held yearly on Atlantic Avenue, between 4th Avenue and Hick Street, featuring food and craft stands, live music, and NYC culture. It was cancelled last year, because of the pandemic, as well as in 2001, following the September 11th attacks and it will be back in 2021!!!
The fair runs 10 blocks: from Brooklyn Heights to Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill. You don’t want to miss it!!!
…we’ve been living in Boerum Hill for over 10 years now and one of the things I love the most about Atlantic Antic is how it portrays the most diverse cultures, NYC shops and food.
It features more than 600 vendors and artists and I can’t wait to attending again!!!
Save the date: Sunday, Oct 3, from 12pm to 6pm. Atlantic Antic is the biggest and the most vibrant street festival of Brooklyn, you don’t want to miss it!
You can also walk around the neighborhood, enjoy all the beautiful brownstones and make sure to stop by at Cobble Hill Park and Verandha Place (my fav hidden gem!). You can also enjoy the sunset from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade or Brooklyn Bridge Park. Highly recommended!
Sottocasa is taking part of Atlantic Antic by offering $10 pizza margherita to go (usually $14). Sottocasa is located at 298 Atlantic Avenue, at Smith Street… if you go, make sure to say hi to Luca!
I’ll be teaching free outdoor fitness classes for Crunch between Atlantic Avenue and Nevins Street… eat pizza first, then come and burn all the calories off with me!
