In NYC there’s always a good reason to go around with no pants… As for the Cupid’s Undie Run it surely is!
Around Valentine’s Day, New Yorkers run in their red and pink undies for about a mile to raise awareness and money in the fight against NF – a rare genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body.
100% of net proceeds goes to funding a cure for NEUROFIBROMATOSIS in partnership with Children’s Tumor Foundation.
Brendan Hanrahan, Chad Leathers, Bobby Gill and a group of do-gooders, ran in their undies for the first time in 2010 through the cold D.C because those affected with NF can’t cover up their tumors, so they decided to strip down in solidarity.
Since then, Cupid’s Charity has raised over $18,900,000 🙌
#EndNF
Join the run for $45 or donate without running.
