The most touristic NYC neighborhood – often avoided by New Yorkers because of its crowds and traffic – once a year becomes a destination place for the 22nd annual Solstice in Times Square: Mind Over Madness Yoga.

- 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Yoga Flow with Cealia Brannan
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Mindful Movement with Tracye Warfield
- 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Power Yoga with Lara Heimann
- 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Zen Flow with Susan Hu
- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Dharma Yoga with Sri Dharma Mittra
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Sunset Yoga with Douglass Stewart
Can’t Make It in Person? No worries! The event will be streamed live with ASL interpretation and optional real-time captions on Youtube (which will be embedded on this page), on Twitter, and on Facebook Live.
The entire Times Square, between 47th Street and 45th Street, and between Broadway and 7th Avenue, will be “occupied” by hundreds of colorful mats and all levels yogis – yes: brand new yogis are welcomed as well!!!
While the event is free, you can leave an optional donation to support “Community First” (suggested amount from $10 to $25… less than what any yoga class in NYC).
